Time to spend money and etc.
For me it’s time to come up with another 12 Days of Fitness!
It’s all body weight but still was a tough one!

11 Walkout Pushups
10 Knees To Elbows
9 Cobra Pushups
8 Mountain Climbers
7 Ground Up Pushups
6 One Leg Bridges
5 Diamond PushupsImage6
4 Short Lunges
3 Burpees
2 Wide Pushups
1 And A Push Up With Opposite Foot to Hand!

If it isn’t obvious…we did it just like the song.
