Today it’s back to mainly body weight again along with some medicine balls and wheels.
And it is all for abs…belly…stomach…belt line.
Sure I know. I can’t “spot reduce”.

Seated Leg Raises, Ball Overhead 10 Reps Each Ball

Lemon Squeezers, Ball Overhead, 10 Reps Each Ball
