Still working out and recording.
Every workout is still different and challenging.

A leg movement followed by 20 push ups.

Toe Hops: Just jumping up and down on your toes. For 2 minutes.
Quarter Squat Jumps 10

Second: Bridges and Supermans

Left Unilateral Bridges 50 Supermans 20
Right Unilateral Bridges 50 Supermans 20
