- Band Triceps Extension Overhead
- Tube Curls
- Chair Squat Ball Overhead
- Chair Squat Ball In Front
- Chair Squats With Ball Slam
- Squats, Toes Up, Ball Overhead
- Squats, Heels Up, Ball Overhead
- Plate Upright Rows
- Plate Overhead Press
- Plate Pushes
- Plate Twists
Same Circuit as the first.
But we up the reps to 20 each station.
