  • Regular Push Ups 10
  • Regular Squats, Lean Back 20
  • Chest to Chair Push Ups 10
  • Feet Together Squats, Lean Back 20
  • Feet on Chair Push Ups 10
  • Left foot in front of Right Squats 20
  • Walkout Push Ups 10
  • Right foot in front of Left Squats 20
  • Walkout Rotation Push Ups 10

Second Thing: Body Weight Circuit 2
